Sure, I was a little disappointed when I woke up to see 8″ in the snow box instead of the 10-14″ some forecasters had predicted yesterday.
But then I paused for a moment, and said to myself, “Hey! There’s EIGHT INCHES IN THE SNOW BOX!”
It looked pretty fluffy and I knew we’d racked up five inches yesterday afternoon, so I had an inkling today would be one of those days.
It only took one run to confirm that. Luckily, I took WAY more than one run today.
On top of the fantastic snow, we had above-average visibility and even some shots of blue sky.
Our posse was fortunate to have photographer Sam Marvin along for the ride today. As you can see in the photos below, we were taking face shots and coming back for more.
