We’re so glad to hear you will be visiting us – unfortunately, we do not allow tubing on any of our slopes. We do have a nice tubing hill down in McCall called the Activity Barn – which even offers lift-served night tubing under the lights! Hope your enjoy your stay!

I’ve never visited Brundage before but plan to be up there this weekend. Is it true that you allow free snow tubing on the bunny hill?

Hi D –
Sorry for the confusion. We are really excited about the Engen extension, but so far don’t have enough snow to groom it. : (
Right now, when you get to the bottom of Engen, you can look to the left and there’s a gully down there that will EVENTUALLY be able to be groomed and will take you over to 45th Parallel. You’ll see right now there’s not enough snow to make it flow downhill, which makes it completely ineffective. Hopefully, we’ll get some fresh snow soon and we can manicure that and make it work. Thanks for writing in, I’m sure there are some other people wondering the same thing!!!

Engen extension? I’ve skied the last 3 days and can’t seem to figure out any difference at the bottom of Engen. If you ski all the way to the bottom of Engen, you still only have one choice… ride the cat-track back to Bear…what am I missing?

Thanks so much for writing in. I, too, an excited about the Engen extension, I can’t wait to try it out for the first time and see how many new ways it allows us to explore the mountain. I’m also excited about the brush clearing, I’ve checked it out and the lines between the Blue Bird and Alpine look so much more accessible now! We’ll see you soon!

The Engen upgrade is stellar. Greatest improvement in years. Thanks for cleaning out the brush so tree skiing can be enjoyed. I’ve been to many resorts that don’t do this. Which is why Brundage will always be my favorite!
