Prepare to Launch! Terrain Features Debut

01/06/10

010610.9As the lifts opened this morning under clear blue skies, our visitors were greeted with a  surprise. Overnight, the terrain park elves left two new rails on the lower part of Upper Rodeo.

It didn’t take long for word to spread across the mountain…more features are planned for Rodeo, along with some ‘beginner’ features we’ll be building soon over on Jammer for the little guys.  But for now, the jibbers are flocking to Rodeo and pulling all kinds of tricks out of their back pockets.

Some students from Borah High were breaking in the rails this afternoon, (while other members of their school group chased down the powder shots left over after yesterday’s 5″ dump). Click on any photo below for a larger view.
