What’s Not to Love?

01.27.10.1What’s not to love about a  mid-week, blue sky powder day at Brundage Mountain?

Well, I guess if you like crowds, crusty snow and poor visibility, it’s not for you.

BUT if you like soft fresh powder lines, sunshine and hero-caliber corduroy you were probably pretty happy today.

01.27.10.2Unless these sweeping vistas of the mountains behind a fresh powder line make you feel ‘too exposed’…

01.27.10.5Or perhaps the repetition of the precisely-manicured corduroy makes you feel ‘too entrenched’…

01.27.10.4I guess one might find the legions of snow ghosts ‘too spooky’…

01.27.10.8But for the fortunate souls among us…who find the open views ‘inspiring’…

01.27.10.3The soft powder ‘liberating’…

01.27.10.7And who get a ‘tingly’ feeling from the smooth, velvety corduroy…

What’s not to love?
