Some days, even when there’s fresh snow, we pick our turns to avoid wind drifts or search for certain lines that are deeper, smoother and more forgiving than others.

But today, with single digit overnight temperatures, 8″-12″ of fresh snow everywhere and smooth, forgiving slopes, you simply could not go wrong.

EVERY SINGLE TURN was a powdery pleasure. Like sinking into a feather bed, there was a pillow of softness to absorb your every move.

Some call it “Champagne Powder”, some call it “Cold Blower Snow”.

No matter what we did today, we found super-sick turns and face shots. Was it the best day ever? It was certainly a contender. Go ahead and drool over these photos and I’m sure you’ll understand…EVERY SINGLE TURN…
