This page represents a SUMMARY of benefits offered to Brundage Mountain employees. More details are available after hiring in the Employee Handbook.

Passes:

Employees who work a minimum of 32 hours per week are eligible for one of the following options:

  • One Family Pass
  • Two Adult Passes
  • One Adult Pass and Six Daily Lift Tickets

Employees who typically work between 16 and 32 hours per week are eligible for:

  • One Adult Pass

Food Purchases:

Employees will be issued one “Team Brundage” insulated mug. With proper ID, employees can fill this mug with FREE coffee, hot chocolate, hot cider and dispensed soft drinks.

With Proper ID, employees receive:
20% discount off the regular price the above drinks in the absence of the reusable mug.

20% discount off the regular price of food in the lodge cafeteria, subject to the following conditions:

*Discount for employee use only
*Alcoholic beverages are not discounted
*All food items must be consumed at resort and not taken home

Retail Purchases:

20% discount off the full retail price of merchandise.

Rental Equipment:

The employee and his/her qualifying family members may receive:

Free rentals when renting basic skis and snowboards when available.
20% discount off the current season’s regular rate for performance skis and snowboards.
Required rental forms and waivers must be completed on all rentals
Equipment must be returned on a daily basis

20% discount off the current season’s regular rate for repairs and other shop work
50% discount off the current season’s regular rate for waxing, only good on non-weekend, non-holidays.

Ski/Snowboard School:

The employee and his/her qualifying family members may receive:

FREE group lessons on a space available basis.
30% discount off the current season’s regular rate for private lessons (some restrictions may apply).

Day Care:

For their legally dependent child/children, employees may receive:

Day Care, on a space available basis, is available at a cost of $10.00 per day per child and only while the employee is working. Lunch is provided. If the employee is not working, child care is offered at 30% off the regular rate during non-peak days and only if space is available. Reservations are required.

Any misuse of the above benefits will result in termination or modification of these benefits with the individual(s) involved. All benefits stop if employment with Brundage Mountain Resort ends.
