In addition to the openings posted below, we will be hiring for a variety of jobs in the Food & Beverage department. Those postings will be added in the coming weeks.

Brundage Mountain Resort Volunteer Ambassador Program
Brundage Mountain is seeking individuals who have a knack for treating people right and going out of their way to help others. The Brundage Mountain Ambassador program enjoys a well-earned reputation for delivering outstanding service both to guests as well as fellow staff members. Join our volunteer Ambassador program this season and you’ll be instrumental in creating wonderful memories for our valued Brundage Mountain guests.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting and providing information to guests as they arrive
- Assisting guests with their gear as they pull in to the load/unload zone area of the parking lot.
- Keeping the traffic flow in the load/unload area moving along smoothly.
- Answering questions and providing directions around the lodge area.
- Gathering of guest information for survey use.
- Standing and being visible in high traffic areas around the base lodge so those with questions can speak to a live person.
- Gaining an understanding of how the resort operates so as to answer questions effectively.
- Acting as a strong advocate and representative of Brundage Mountain Resort
- Going the extra mile to ensure that each guest has their needs and expectations met.
Each Ambassador is required to volunteer approximately 40 hours per season. Volunteer days take place on Saturdays and Sundays, and during busy holiday periods i.e. MLK and President’s Day weekends. Volunteers work from 9a to 1p.
Compensation includes an unlimited season pass for the 2011-2012 winter season. Special perks and discounts on food, drinks, and skier services throughout the resort.
Already have a 2011-2012 season pass? Brundage will refund your pass in exchange for your status as a Brundage Mountain Ambassador.
Please note that acting as an Ambassador does not include ski time while on the clock.

Snowsports School – Instructor Apprentice
(Positions Remaining: 1-2)
Train, observe, gain valuable experience and earn your Brundage season pass! The Brundage Instructor Apprentice Program provides excellent training, and a possible future work opportunity. You’ll get a first class education on how to be a snowsports instructor regardless of your work experience. Select participants may also gain opportunity to earn their level I PSIA/AASI certification, providing an advantage during instructor selection next season. Minimum requirements include the skill to ski or ride gentle blue terrain and the ability to commit to a minimum of 10 days (usually 2-4 hours of time per day) during the Holidays and busy weekends. Previous teaching or coaching experience is not required. Additional benefits include discounts on gear and food, plus training/certification opportunities. Little Ski Hill volunteer instructors will be given hiring preference.
