Season Pass Frequently Asked Questions
I purchased my pass online and got a notification from Google that it would be shipped, but I haven’t received it. Why not?
It’s been our experience that when we ship your pass several months before you are able to use it, you are more likely to misplace it. We will ship your 2010/2011 pass to your mailing address in November 2010 so you don’t have to worry about losing it. Otherwise, you are welcome to pick up your pass in person at the Guest Services office found on the first floor of the lodge at the mountain.
Who Qualifies for a Family Pass?
Family members must be of one household (legally married or single parents and their dependent children) in order to qualify for a family pass. Children included in the family pass must be 17 and under. Brundage Mountain requires positive I.D. of all children and their ages. Depending on the size of your family, you may save money by purchasing individual season passes for each family member, especially during our early season sale. Please make sure you are getting the best deal possible before you purchase, because Brundage Mountain season passes are not refundable. Please call 208-634-4151 ext. 124 to order your Family Pass. Please note: all minors must have a parent or guardian’s signature in order to pick up their season pass.
When is my Season Pass Valid?
Your season pass is valid any time Brundage Mountain is in operation between November and May. Traditionally, Brundage Mountain opens for the winter season as soon as snowfall and conditions permit, and remains open through mid-April. Season passes purchased during the early season sale in the Spring are valid for the rest of the current ski/snowboard season, plus the following ski/snowboard season. Brundage Mountain management may adjust hours and days of operation at any time based on snow conditions and/or skier visits.
A separate season pass can be purchased for scenic chairlift rides and lift-served mountain biking during the summer months. Lift-served mountain biking is offered Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays from July 4th through Labor Day.
What if I Forget My Season Pass?
Season pass holders are allowed one “replacement” season pass for a fee of $25. If the pass is lost a second time, the pass holder must re-purchase a new pass at the original purchase price.
Can I get a Refund?
Brundage Mountain Season passes are NOT refundable.
However, under certain circumstance and at the sole discretion of Brundage Mountain Management, the season pass holder may be allowed to roll over the purchase price of the pass as a credit toward a pass for the following season, if and only if all of the following conditions are met: a medical issue occurs, the pass has not been issued, the purchase of the pass in question has not qualified the holder for pass privileges for any part of the prior season, and the proper documentation is submitted for review prior to December 31st of the current season. There is a $25 processing fee. NO ROLLOVERS WILL BE ALLOWED ON SEASON PASSES THAT WERE ISSUED THE PREVIOUS SPRING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Any rollover consideration is for that pass holder only, and not other family members. NO ROLLOVERS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER DECEMBER 31st UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Brundage Mountain will review but not guarantee all requests made in regards to rollovers and transfers.
Can I Transfer My Season Pass to Someone Else?
At the sole discretion of Brundage Mountain management, the value at purchase of a season pass may be transferred to another individual with a $25 processing fee if any only if the pass has not been issued and the original pass holder submits a written request of the transfer prior to December 31st of the current season.
No transfers are allowed on Brundage/Bogus upgrades. No transfers will be allowed after December 31st FOR ANY REASON. Brundage Mountain will review but not guarantee all requests made in regards to rollovers and transfers.
What if I Relocate?
Season pass holders who relocate out of the Brundage Mountain area are subject to the rules and procedures included under the “Can I Transfer My Pass” section above.
Special Warning Regarding Season Pass Fraud
If a season pass is used fraudulently , the pass holder is required to pay $54 for a full day lift ticket as well as a $50 fine to get their pass back. If they are caught a second time their pass is revoked for the rest of the season and they can replace it by purchasing a new season pass at the current rate. If they purchase during the pass sale they cannot pick the pass up until the next season. Despite this policy, Brundage Mountain reserves the right to prosecute pass fraud (theft of services) to the full extent of the law.
