Brundage Mountain's experienced guides - licensed by the Idaho Outfitters and Guides Association - will see to it that your adventure into this pristine, snowy wonderland is safe and unforgettable.

Snow cat trips for the adventurous are offered on more than 19,000 acres of snowy steeps, tree-lined glades and powdery bowls.

Full-Day Cat Trip

Your day begins when you meet your guides at Brundage Mountain. After a short orientation and equipment check, you'll board the snow cat to begin your skiing adventure in miles of powdery, tree-lined glades and steep snow fields. The Idaho mountain scenery is breathtaking and the skiing superb. Brundage Mountain provides a delicious and plentiful alpine buffet lunch plus plenty of snacks to keep you fueled for fun. Your expert guides will make sure you have the best backcountry skiing experience possible. Powder skis are included.

Full-day trips meet at 7:30 am

Half-Day Cat Trip

Get a taste of skiing by snow cat. This half-day trip offers great skiing variety on either Sargeants Mountain or a great peak we call "76". You'll access hundreds of acres of beautiful snowy terrain including steep chutes, big open bowls and well-spaced trees. Of course, we'll provide plenty of high energy snacks. Powder skis are included.
$189 per person, plus tax

Half-day trips meet at 9:30 am

Overnight Cat Adventure

Ski two full days PLUS stay overnight in a yurt warmed by a wood fire high on a mountainside. Fill up on a delicious dinner cooked by your guides while recapping the day's excitement. Enjoy a peaceful night's rest snuggled into a sleeping bag on a comfy padded bunk. In the morning, you'll be cutting tracks through the powder when the lifts at Brundage are just beginning to roll...and, if you can stay, complimentary skiing at Brundage the day after your trip. Powder skis are included.
$689 per person, plus tax

Overnight trips meet at 7:30 am

Private Snowcat Adventure

You can keep your group small or fill all 11 seats when you book your own snowcat for the day. You choose the members of your group and our guides can tailor the experience just for you!

Half day - $1559 plus tax
Full day - $2299 plus tax

Cancellation Policy - All Trips

If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to your scheduled trip, Brundage reserves the right to retain 25% of the trip cost, if the seat cannot be filled.

If cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the trip date Brundage reserves the right to retain your full payment.

If Brundage cancels your trip, you will receive a full refund.
