Grill is open from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm with full menu available.
Our third floor facility offers a wide variety of Americana cuisine. One of our most popular items is the 100% Angus Beef burger on a warm wheat/oat topped bun. You get to add your own hamburger toppings from our self serve “Hamburger Fixins” Bar. We have expanded our Hot Dog Bar, so you now get to add chopped onions, sauerkraut and relish at no extra cost. We added more toppings and larger baked potatoes to the Brundage Potato Bar. You will also notice an expanded Salad Bar featuring salad greens, our own pasta salad, and also fresh sprouts. Our most popular item is our french fries and we are now frying with cholesterol free and low saturated fat soy oil which contains zero grams of trans fat per serving.

We will be featuring daily specials aimed to please the palate as well as your wallet. We are baking fresh cornbread, scones, turnovers and cinnamon rolls as well as our famous Brundage Brownies.

Breakfast Buffet – Weekends and Holidays

Brundage Mountain serves a wonderful Breakfast Buffet weekends and holidays. We currently make Homemade Breakfast Potatoes, Fresh Homemade Buttermilk Biscuits, Belgium Waffles, Country Gravy, Sausage Patties and Eggs. We offer Apple and Orange Juice along with your meal and offer warm syrup and butter. We serve from 8:00 through 10:00 am Saturdays and Sundays and Holidays. We welcome you to come try out a hearty breakfast to fuel your day on the slopes.

Smoky’s Kitchen:

Smoky’s Kitchen will be open 7 days a week with a limited menu. A full menu is available Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (or later).

New for 2009 - We’ve completely remodeled Smoky’s Pub and that means we’re able to offer more food choices than ever in Smoky’s Kitchen! New Longhorn Rib Baskets with homemade pasta salad are available seven days a week, Tomato Basil & Mozzarella Brushetta and our new Flatbread Chip basket. On weekends (plus Fridays and holidays), the menu expands to include those items PLUS Margherita Pizzas, Chicken and Veggie Nacho plates. All served with delicious toppings and fixings, this new menu is sure to please. New this year: Smoky’s is also featuring a ‘guest tap’ with a rotating selection of fine beer, including some varieties from our local breweries.

The Bear’s Den:

Open Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Our newest food and beverage facility is located mid-mountain at the top of the Bear Chair. New for 2009 – we’re adding a Baked Potato Bar to the hot foods lineup which includes our popular chicken and veggie burrito bar, as well as soup, chili and homemade stew. We also serve our fresh baked goods from the Lodge including bread sticks and homemade biscuits, cornbread, homemade cookies and the Brundage Brownies. We will be featuring Dos Equis and Sierra Nevada Beer. This is a great family- and kid-friendly place to warm up and have a cup of Cocoa. (No hard alcohol served at this location.)

Bird’s Nest:

Open Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Located at the top of The Blue Bird Quad, this Yurt is a great place to warm up and grab a bite to eat. New this season - we’re adding Beef Brisket sandwiches and shredded chicken sandwiches with chipotle aoli ranch. We’ll also have our popular Red Pepper with Gouda Bisque and fresh baked goods from the Lodge including bread sticks and homemade biscuits and cornbread muffins. The Bird’s Nest also offers chili, hot dogs and nachos. We will be featuring Bud Light and Anchor Steam beers, as well as a limited variety of warm-me-up liquors.
