Brundage Mountain understands the complications of arranging and organizing a river trip, so we want to make it easy for you. We understand changes in vacation plans and unforeseen events can and do occur. It’s important to us that you are comfortable with your plans. So here’s a hassle free plan.
For Full and Half-Day Raft Trips
Tell us what type of trip, approximately how many participants and what date you think you want to float. We’ll make a tentative reservation for you (space available). About 2 weeks from the trip we’ll make contact again and begin to firm up details. We’ll look at river flows, group size and your needs and see if everything still meets your expectations. A few days prior to the trip we can still make some changes.
For Multi-Day Trips:
A deposit of 50% is required to reserve your space. The balance is due 30 days prior to the trip date. Last minute reservations may be made with payment in full if space is available.
09/10 Brundage Season Pass Holders get a $5 discount off full-day trips. Please shows your current pass or proof of purchase at time of payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel your reservation for a day trip, refunds will be given until 10:00 am Mountain Standard time the day before your scheduled trip.
If you cancel your reservation for one of our multi-day trips at least 30 days prior to the scheduled launch date, your money will be refunded less a service charge of $50 per person. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled launch date are non-refundable.
Full refunds are made if we cancel your trip due to weather, unsafe water conditions, or if we don’t meet our requirements for a minimum number of guests.
